So hello my friend and welcome to Chaoban. Where we offer our street food favorites that have been inspired by our memories of growing up with Vietnamese culture with a twist of the Japanies cuisine we fell in love with when visiting Tokyo.

OUR FOUNDER
Stefan Pham
With many years of experience in the japanese & scandinavian cuisine. Stefan Pham is the founder of Kito Sushi and now Chaoban.
He love to cook where he is allowed to be creative to do what he loves and what he is best at. He loves food and you will find him mostly in the kitchen with his team cooking some new ideas and mastering the craft he loves.
